Recipe Ingredients for Jill's Wild Rice Salad

2 c cooked wild rice
2 c cooked great northern beans
1 zucchini
2 tomatoes
1 c green onions
5 cloves garlic
1 c fresh parsley
1 T dried dill
1/4 c lime juice
2 ears of corn (raw)
2 cups romaine lettuce
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Jill's Wild Rice Salad

  1. Add all ingredients except romaine in a large bowl, mix.

  2. Eat on romaine leaves.
