1 pound turkey, ground, lean,
1 small yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 eggs, beaten

Recipe Directions for Jill's Turkey Meat Loaf

  1. Place ground turkey in bowl with oats and diced onion.

  2. Beat two eggs and add to mixture.

  3. Mix thoroughly with hands.

  4. Place in bread loaf pan and shape.

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes-ish.
