Fresh parsley & rosemary, with shrimp. Add bulgur wheat and it would taste like tabouli.

Recipe Ingredients for Jillian's shrimp salad

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
3 oz. mushrooms, sliced
6 oz. shrimp, cleaned & cooked
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 teaspoons rosemary, fresh & finely chopped
1/2 cup parsley,course chopped
1 tablespoon country crock
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Jillian's shrimp salad

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon country crock, in saute pan or wok.

  2. Add rosemary, pepper, mushrooms & shrimp, saute until hot, drain & slightly cool.

  3. In a bowl mix parsley, tomatoes, sauteed mix.

  4. Add lemon juice.

  5. Can be served warm or chilled.
