1 c. quinoa
1/4 c. flaxseed
1 T. honey
1 T. olive oil
1 T. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Jillian Michael's Quinoa Flaxseed Crunch

Rinse & drain quinoa; mix together all ingredients; spread on baking sheet and bake at 375 until lightly browned (stir occassionally); let cool & crumble.
