Recipe Ingredients for Jiffy Corn Muffins

6 serving Corn Muffin Mix
1/3 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Recipe Directions for Jiffy Corn Muffins

Follow package directions and add 2 tablespoons of softened butter when mixing. Makes 6 standard size muffins filled half way into paper liners. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
