Recipe Ingredients for Jiffy Blueberry Corn Muffins

456 g. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 cup white cranberry juice
1 1/2 c frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Jiffy Blueberry Corn Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400, grease muffin pan or use paper liners.

  2. Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, sour cream, juice and mix until blended. Stir in blueberries. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with mix. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes before removing from pan.
