Recipe Ingredients for jicama slaw

0.67 medium Yambean (Jicama)
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
4 tbsp chopped Onions
0.13 cup Lime Juice
0.13 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for jicama slaw

peel and shred jicama and carrot. very thinly slice and dice onion. add lime juice and pinch of sugar (and some cracked black pepper if desired). Mix together.
