1 lb jicama
1 small onion
1 orange
40 g raisins
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. apple juice
1 tbsp. honey

Recipe Directions for Jicama Slaw with Raisins

  1. Peel jicama then grate.

  2. Finely chop onion and orange.

  3. Combine jicama, orange, onion and raisins in a bowl.

  4. In a small jar, shake together juices and honey.

  5. Drizzle dressing over slaw and toss well.
