Recipe Ingredients for Jicama Salad

1/2 jicama, large, diced
8 radishes, sliced
2 oranges, peeled and diced
1/4 cup grapefruit juice, fresh
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/16 teaspoon chili powder
1/16 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Jicama Salad

Soon before serving, mix all ingredients together. Add extra chili powder to taste.
