Recipe Ingredients for Jicama Salad

1 lb jicama, 1 medium size, cut in diagonal strips 1/4" thick
1 cucumber, seeded, sliced
3 oranges, peeled and sliced in half circles
6 radishes, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp chili pepper, ground ancho chile
1/3 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped

Recipe Directions for Jicama Salad

Mix all together except chile pepper and cilantro. Let marinate for 20 minutes. Serve and garnish with the chile and cilantro
