1/2 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 poblano pepper
2 oranges
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup red wine
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbs splenda
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp basil
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp sage
1 salt
1 pepper

  1. slice jicama into thin strips

  2. slice or chop peppers

  3. mix all ingredients, toss well
