Recipe Ingredients for Jicama Fries

1 medium jicama
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Jicama Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Slice jicama thinly into fries.

  3. Lightly coat fries with olive oil.

  4. Lay flat on cookie sheet.

  5. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp chili powder over the fries.

  6. Bake for 10 mins or until beginning to brown, remove from oven and flip over.

  7. Use remaining chili to sprinkle and cook until brown on that side.
