Recipe Ingredients for Jicama and Apple Salad

5 oz apple
60 g carrots
12 oz jicama
10 g mint
4 g parsley
2 T lime juice
1 T apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Jicama and Apple Salad

Combine all ingredients except jicama. After adjusting for seasonings, add jicama and lightly toss. This will ensure a crunchy jicama texture for immediate service. The jicama will lose its stiffness once tossed.
