A good simple chicken salad, easy to make at work!

Recipe Ingredients for JG's Chicken Salad

1 cup,+chopped+or+diced chicken breast
2 tablespoon sour cream
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoon yellow mustard
3 serving+ No Sugar Added Relish Sweet

Recipe Directions for JG's Chicken Salad

  1. Drain can of chicken breast. Fork it apart in a bowl or container.

  2. Add sour cream to it (you can use more or less sour cream depending on how you like the taste of mayo.

  3. Add mayo to the mixture.

  4. Add mustard to the mixture.

  5. Add No sugar added sweet pickle relish to taste.

  6. Mix together really well and serve on bread, with crackers or alone with a fork.
