3 eggs
1/2 cup potatoes
1/3 cup onion
1 bacon, maple [i90912]
1 tspn butter
1/4 cup fat-free milk

Recipe Directions for Jäger-Frühstück

  1. fry bacon strip and reserve

  2. heat butter in medium skillet

  3. add potatoes and then onions; cook until done

  4. chop reserved bacon and add

  5. lightly beat eggs with milk and season if desired

  6. pour over contents of skillet

  7. cook to desired firmness, turning and breaking up
