Great apple cake that uses no water!

Recipe Ingredients for Jewish Apple Cake

2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 apples
1 pinch of baking soda

Recipe Directions for Jewish Apple Cake

  1. Seperate 2 eggs. Wisk the whites until foamy

  2. mix the yolks with 1 cup of sugar. Mix in whites.

  3. Mix in 1 CUP of flour. Add a pinch of baking soda.

  4. Add cinnamon to taste.

  5. Peel (or don't doesnt matter) 2 GRANNY SMITH apples. Chop them in.

  6. Grease pan and pour batter in.

  7. Bake on 350 DEGREES until golden brown (about half an hour)

  8. Be careful sticking toothpicks in because more often than not you poke apple parts and not dough so you think its not done but it is.
