Recipe Ingredients for jessie's crepes

2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for jessie's crepes

  1. all ingredients in the blender. bzzzz.

  2. heat large flat frying pan over medium heat (i use cast iron griddle)

  3. spray pam on heated pan

  4. pour 1/8th cup (approx) of batter on pan. swirl pan to spread batter in a circle (approx 6-8 inches across)

  5. the batter changes from yellow to paler yellow, flip (about i min)

  6. should be golden. take off heat after another 30 sec to 1 min.

  7. serve with goodies (cream cheese, whipped cream, fruit, chopped nuts, honey, powdered sugar)
