Makes 13 servings



A little more flour and milk than the first version, less salt. Makes 13 biscuits instead of 10, but only 99 calories per biscuit.

Recipe Ingredients for Jerry's ICBINB Biscuits V.2

1 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder,rounded
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup
2/3 cup low fat milk

Recipe Directions for Jerry's ICBINB Biscuits V.2

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Soften or melt ICBINB

  3. Add flour in large mixing bowl

  4. Mix ICBINB and flour together pretty well

  5. Add remaining ingredients to bowl

  6. Beat or mix until mixture is pretty smooth

  7. Drop spoons of biscuit dough in pan sprayed with a little PAM

  8. Place pan in oven for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are lightly brown

  9. Remove from oven and serve or eat
