1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
1 small onion
1 small red bell pepper
30 oz black beans
16 oz salsa
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chili powder

combine pork tenderloin (cut into 2 inch strips), onion, red pepper, black beans, salsa, chicken broth, oregano, cumin and chili powder in slow cooker. Set to low and cook 8 to 10 hours. Break pieces of cooked pork to thicken chili before serving.
