A fresh mango salad with some jerk seasoning to add a kick. Goes great with jerk pork or jerk chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Jerked Mago Salad

2 mangos, peeled & sliced thin
4 spring onions, chopped on the bias
1/2 medium green bell pepper, sliced thin
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp Carribean jerk seasoning

Recipe Directions for Jerked Mago Salad

  1. Prepare fresh ingredients, and combine in a bowl.

  2. Sprikle the jerk seasoning over the top and toss to combine.
