Recipe Ingredients for Jerk-Spiced Tilapia

1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 clove garlic
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
4 g jalapeno
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pinch sea salt
1/4 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
4 oz tilapia

Recipe Directions for Jerk-Spiced Tilapia

  1. Combine herbs & spices in a bowl and mix well

  2. Coat tilapia filets with olive oil. Pat both sides with spices.

  3. Saute filet until just cooked through, about 3 minutes on each side.
