Recipe Ingredients for Jerk Chicken

2 chicken breast
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp thyme
1 tsp allspice
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp chopped onion
2 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Jerk Chicken

  1. Place all ingredients except chicken in blender.

  2. Place chicken and 3/4 of sauce in bag and refrigerate for 1+ hours

  3. Preheat broiler

  4. Place chicken on broiler pan and broil for 10-15 min

  5. Turn once to ensure even cooking

  6. Heat remaining sauce in a small pan and pour over chicken when serving
