Recipe Ingredients for Jen's Vegetable Soup w/Ground Chuck

4 cups Vegetable Juice
4 cups Beef Broth
12 ounces Mixed Vegetables
450 grams Yukon Gold Potatoes
2 tablespoons Garlic, Minced
1/2 cup Celery
4 ounces Ground Beef

Recipe Directions for Jen's Vegetable Soup w/Ground Chuck

Brown beef until no longer pink, add garlic, celery and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Makes 12 cups.
