Delcious way to enjoy fresh summer veggie! Makes 8 1.5 cup servings. Toss with pasta for a main meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Jen's Squash

2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 small Onions
4 clove Garlic
4 Teaspoon Juice
2 tbsp Olive Oil
0.5 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Jen's Squash

  1. Warm broth in pan.

  2. Slice all veggies and add to pan cook 3 minutes.

  3. Add garlic cook another 2 minutes gently stiring.

  4. Add lemon juice and oil and salt and pepper.
