with added spices like garlic and italian seasoning, salt and pepper, onion powder (I use dry spices, fresh garlic will change values slightly)

Recipe Ingredients for Jen's spaghetti sauce

28 ounces spaghetti sauce (Furhman's Italian Sauce)
1 cup splenda no calorie
21 ounces water
18 2/5 ounces lean ground beef (94/6)
12 ounces tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Jen's spaghetti sauce

  1. brown beef (94/6) and drain well

  2. mix all ingredients

  3. add spices to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, italian seasoning and oregano...I use dry spices, fresh ones may change values slightly)

  4. add drained beef

  5. cook til hot

  6. serve on top of whole grain or wheat spaghetti
