Recipe Ingredients for Jen's Potasium Smoothie

1 melon (6" - 7" dia) Melons, Honeydew
1 melon, large (about 6-1/2" dia) Melons, Cantaloupe
30 cherry Cherries, Sweet
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit, (Chinese Gooseberries), Fresh
1 serving Trop50 Juice Beverage
2 serving Trop50 Juice Beverage
2 tbsp Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed
1 serving Coconut Water
1 serving Coconut Water
8 oz No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Jen's Potasium Smoothie

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour equal amounts, about 12 oz into each plastic cup, makes 8 total. Put in freezer.
