Recipe Ingredients for Jen's Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup diced onion
3/4 cup diced green pepper
1 large egg
1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Jen's Meatloaf

Saute onion and pepper. Mix with ingredients through breadcrumbs. Mix last3 ingredients. SPread on top. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
