Recipe Ingredients for Jen's Light Potato Salad

1.5 cup chopped raw Yukon Gold Potatoes
2 tbs Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
1 oz No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 egg Eggs
1 strip (4" long) Celery
0.5 oz Onion Red

Recipe Directions for Jen's Light Potato Salad

  1. Chop potatoes, egg, celery and onion.

  2. Combine yogurt, mayo and mustard in bowl until well blended.

  3. Combine all ingredients gently as to not mash eggs or potatoes.
