Recipe Ingredients for Jen's French Onion Soup

5 medium Red Onions
3 clove Garlic
4 serving French Demi Baguette
1 cup, shredded Gruyere Cheese

Recipe Directions for Jen's French Onion Soup

  1. caramelize the onions slow and low until just perfect.

  2. Add in garlic and allow to mix with onions.

  3. Add Broth and water as needed

  4. allow to cook 1/2 hour

  5. pour into bowls with toasted bread on top and sprinkle with cheese

  6. brown/melt cheese in broiler
