Recipe Ingredients for Jen's Chicken & Asparagus Salad with Creamy Dill Dressing

20 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
280 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 oz No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
56 7/10 grams Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
0.5 lime yields Lime Juice
1 tbsp Dill Weed, Dried
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
8 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Jen's Chicken & Asparagus Salad with Creamy Dill Dressing

  1. Mix dressing ingredients together (yogurt, mayo, lime juice and spices) whisk til well combined.

  2. Cut aspargus into 2" diaganol pieces and steam for 3 minutes. Chill in ice bath immediately.

  3. Cut chicken into pieces.

  4. Combine all above and serve over two tomato slices.
