Recipe Ingredients for Jen's Caprese Flat Bread

3.8 oz Multi-Grain
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.15 cup Garlic Scapes
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
2 cup chopped raw Campari Tomatoes
3 oz Mozzarella Fresh Cheese

Recipe Directions for Jen's Caprese Flat Bread

  1. Dice garlic scapes and add to oil in small bowl.

  2. Brush flat breads with oil/garlic.

  3. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes.

  4. Top with moz slices, basil leaves and tomatoes.

  5. Bake another 3 - 5 minutes.
