Deliciously browned chicken with black beans and salsa. Add a little sour cream and cheese for a delicious meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Jen's Black Beans & Chicken

4 ounce Chicken Breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 tbsp Canola Oil
16 ounce Black Beans, Canned, drained
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 cup Salsa
2 tbsp Sour Cream
1 tbsp Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Jen's Black Beans & Chicken

Brown chicken breast pieces in canola oil and add 1/2 of the chili powder towards the end when it's almost browned. Throw in the black beans, bell pepper, salsa & the rest of the chili powder. Place in a bowl and add sour cream and sprinkle of cheese.
