Delicious Burrito to satisfy that spicy mexican craving you have and has enough protein to fill you up and keep you going! Can be eaten for lunch or dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Jen's Black Bean & Chicken Burritos

4 ounce Chicken Breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 tbsp Canola Oil
16 ounce Black Beans, Canned, drained
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 cup Salsa
2 tbsp Sour Cream
2 Tortilla, Wheat
1 tbsp Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Jen's Black Bean & Chicken Burritos

Brown chicken breast pieces in canola oil and add 1/2 of the chili powder towards the end when it's almost browned. Throw in the black beans, bell pepper, salsa & the rest of the chili powder. Roll half the mixture in a whole wheat tortilla and add a sprinkle of cheese & the sour cream. It's yummy!
