1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 oz Feta Cheese
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Jen's Baked Feta Tomatoes

  1. Slice tomato into 4 thick slices.

  2. Brush with oil and sprinkle herbs on top.

  3. Sprinkle feta crumbles on top and bake in oven under broil or 400 for 3 - 5 min.
