1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs
1 cup 2% milk
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup wheat bran

  1. Sift together dry ingredients

  2. separate eggs and add yolks and wet ingredients

  3. beat whites and fold into mixture

  4. fry in 1/4 cup scoops

  5. yum
