Stir fry vegetables with egg noodles in a chow mein sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Jenny's Veggie Chow Mein

1 cup Noodles, Egg
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
7 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
200 grams Sweetcorn
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
8 1tsp Olive Oil
4 medium Holiday Baby Potatoes
28 grams Coriander
3 tsp Paprika
4 clove Garlic
2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 Sachet Sauce
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Jenny's Veggie Chow Mein

Prepare vegetables, chop onions and garlic. Cut carrots, brocolli, beans and baby sweetcorn to taste. Chop coriander. Cook noodles for 4 mins in boiling water. drain in colander, rinse in cold water and stir in a tsp of olive oil or sesame oil. Cut up potatos julienne and cook for 4 minutes in a saucepan of boiling water. Drain and dry on paper towels. Put 2 tsp olive oil in a wok and stir fry potatos with a little garlic until crisp and golden. Turn onto paper towel and pat off excess oil. add remaining olive oil to wok, stirfry onions (not spring onions) and garlic for 4 mins. Add coriander and spices (and chopped chorizo and chilli if extra spicyness is required). Add carrots, stir fry for 2 mins, add brocolli, stir fry for 3 mins, add baby sweetcorn, stirfry for 3 mins, add beans, stirfry for two mins. Next add chow mein sauce or paste and mix. Next add potatos and stirfry for 1 min, adn finally add noodles, mix well, stirfry until noodles are hot and well mixed.
