Recipe Ingredients for Jennys Pork Teriyake Kebabs

3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp brown sugar
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp sesame oil
150 g diced pork
1/2 red onion
1/2 yellow pepper
4 mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Jennys Pork Teriyake Kebabs

  1. crush garlic and mix teriyake marinade together

  2. marinade meat for at least 30 mins or more

  3. dice all ingredients - meat / onion / pepper /mushroom,

  4. skewer onto kebabs and cook for about 20-30 mins on about 170c
