I attempted to scale down my recipe for chicken salad by cutting the mayo with yogurt and it really helps, my original version of this was over 800 calories and also included almonds, so I cut those out too. I have a hard time staying out of the bowl when I make this. It's such an easy and simple recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Jenny's Lower Calorie Chicken Salad

2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion (soaked for 2 minutes in cold water)
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup grapes (red)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 dash of garlic powder
1 dash of pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 dash of dried dill

Mix all ingredients together and let chill
