1 1/2 salt
3/4 cup wheat bran
4 3/4 cup flour
1 cup wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Jenny's Grain Enriched Bread

  1. Combine yeast and water.

  2. Add salt.

  3. Mix together. (Does not need to completely dissolve.)

  4. Add flours and mix thoroughly until all flour is incorporated.

  5. Save in the refrigerator in an unsealed container for up to two weeks.
