Recipe Ingredients for Jenny's Chicken Fajitas

2 tbsp vegetable oil
12 ounce chicken breasts
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium yellow bell pepper
4 tbsp light sour cream
1/2 cup cheese
2 tbsp taco sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
6 flour tortillas

Recipe Directions for Jenny's Chicken Fajitas

  1. Heat vegetable oil in skillet.

  2. Slice chicken breasts. Add chicken to skillet and saute until cooked. Season with garlic, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Add onion, red pepper, yellow pepper and saute. Add lemon juice.

  3. Serve with flour tortillas, cheese, sour cream and taco sauce.
