Quick and Easy meatloaf BIG SERVINGS

Recipe Ingredients for Jenn's Meatloaf

1 1/4 lbs of ground beef
1 cup of plain breadcrumbs
1/2 chopped onion
2 large egg
2 tsp of basil
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
2 tsp of crushed red pepper
1/2 cup of catsup
1/4 cup of yellow mustard
1/4 cup of brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Jenn's Meatloaf

  1. mix beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic salt, pepper and basil.

  2. Spray 9x13 pan with PAM, then mash meatloaf into pan.

  3. It should be thin.

  4. Mix catsup with mustard and spread on top of meatloaf.

  5. Sprinkle the top with brown sugar, place in oven for approximately 30 min at 425.

  6. NOTE.. My oven is hotter and cooks quickly, make sure that you adjust accordingly.
