Mixed fruit pie with Strawberries, Blueberries, Red Seedless Grapes, Peach, and Kiwi

Recipe Ingredients for Jennie's Heart Shaped Mixed Fruit Pie

216 grams of All Ready Rolled Pillsbury , 1 pie crust
2 cups of Strawberries
1 cup of Blueberries
1 cup of Canned Peach
1 cup of Kiwi
1 cup of Red Seedless Grapes
1 cup of Sugar
1/2 cup of Flour
1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon of Egg White Substitute

Recipe Directions for Jennie's Heart Shaped Mixed Fruit Pie

  1. Wash, hull, and slice strawberries place in bowl

  2. Slice and skin 2-3 Kiwis place in bowl

  3. Wash Blueberries and place in bowl

  4. Wash Grapes, skin them, and place in bowl

  5. Put canned sliced peaches in bowl without juice

  6. Mix flour and sugar together

  7. Add .5 cup of flour and sugar to Strawberries

  8. Add .25 cup of flour and sugar to Blueberries

  9. Add .25 cup of flour and sugar to Peaches

  10. Add .25 cup of flour and sugar to Kiwis

  11. Add .25 cup of flour and sugar to Grapes

  12. Squeeze lemon juice on each fruit (about 1 TB Total)

  13. Place pie crust in 9" pan and arrange crust shape

  14. Swipe pie crust with 1 tablespoon of Egg White for color

  15. Place bowl in middle of pan

  16. Outline pan with grapes

  17. Use Blueberries to create heart shape,

  18. Fill heart with strawberries

  19. Place sliced peaches after grapes and outline whole pan

  20. Fill space with kiwi

  21. Place the rest of blueberries in

  22. Place aluminum foil on the bottom rack to prevent spill over as well as the top rack under pan

  23. Bake 10 minutes at 425, lower heat to 325 and bake another 50 minutes

  24. Let pie cool for 2 hours
