Recipe Ingredients for Jennie's Chicken Stir Fry

1 pound chicken breast
3 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 cube chicken bouillon

Recipe Directions for Jennie's Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Cook rice with chicken bouillon according to package directions.

  2. Cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes.

  3. Heat olive oils in saute pan.

  4. Add chicken breast and brown.

  5. Remove chicken from pan.

  6. In a small saucepan, heat soy sauce and honey.

  7. Steam broccoli.

  8. Toss sauce, broccoli, and chicken together.

  9. Warm through.

  10. Serve over cooked rice.
