1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons smart balance light
1/2 cup Rotel
1/4 cup unbleached flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup water

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a small sauce pan.

  2. Add Water.

  3. Whish over medium heat constantly until combined.

  4. Add Smart Balance light and Rotel. Mix.
