Delicious light dessert that we usually make for potlucks.. but can be made anytime!

Recipe Ingredients for Jello Salad

3 oz. package berry blue jello
16 oz. crushed pineapple
16 oz. low fat cottage cheese
8 oz. cool whip lite

Recipe Directions for Jello Salad

  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl.

  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  3. Can alternate any flavor of jello that you want! Usually made with lime, but this time I used berry blue.
