Jello Mousse recipe from "Metabolism Miracle". I halved the sour cream, cream cheese and cool whip proportionate to the gelatin. Recipe also incles 1/4 C. + 10 drops stevia and 4 t. splenda

Recipe Ingredients for Jello Mousse

2 envelope (1 tbsp) Gelatins, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
4 grams Lemonade Unsweetened Soft Drink Mix
8 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
109 grams Fat Free Cream Cheese
4 serving Whipped Topping Sugar Free

Recipe Directions for Jello Mousse

  1. 2 envelopes plain gelatin

  2. 2 packets unsweetened Kool-Aid, any flavor

  3. 10 packets Stevia sugar substitute, more if you like it sweeter

  4. Dissolve gelatin in 1 C cold water.

  5. Mix Splenda and Kool-aid in a large bowl and stir in 2 cups boiling water and the gelatin until dissolved.

  6. Add 1 C ice cubes and stir for 1 minute.

  7. Remove any unmelted cubes and put bowl in frig, or pour into individual serving dishes. Refrigerate for 1 hour and 15 min.

  8. Take bowl out of fridge and beat gelatin with mixer, adding softened cream cheese and sour cream.

  9. Fold in cool whip in the end. Do not over mix, leave a marbled look.

  10. Pour into container(s) and chill for at least 2 more hours.

  11. Serve with additional whipped cream if you wish.
