The calories may seem high but this makes an entire cake of jello. If cut into 16 bars, each bar will only be 94 calories. This is a sweet and light dessert that anyone will love. (can also add fresh berries in the jello cubes for a little twist)

Recipe Ingredients for jello bars

0.3 oz Black Cherry Gelatin Dessert
0.3 oz Strawberry Gelatin Desserts
0.3 oz Orange Gelatin Dessert
0.3 oz Peach Gelatin Dessert
2 envelope Gelatine
396.2 grams Condensed Milk

Recipe Directions for jello bars

  1. Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavor fruit gelatin mix in separate bowls. Stir at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour each flavor of gelatin into separate small shallow food storage container sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

  2. Sprinkle unflavored gelatine over 1/2 cup cold water; let stand 1 min. Stir in 1-1/2 cups boiling water. Add condensed milk; mix well. Cool slightly.

  3. Cut flavored gelatin into cubes. Randomly place cubes in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Pour milk mixture over cubes. Stir very gently, if necessary to distribute gelatin cubes. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
