1 tbsp Quinoa
1/4 cup Oatmeal
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
