1/4 cup molasses
3/4 cup steel cut oats
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. sea salt

  1. Bring liquid to a simmer

  2. Add the steel-cut oats and salt, and boil slowly for about 20 min.

  3. Add the rolled oats and boil until tender.
