Recipe Ingredients for Jeera Rice

200 grams Rice
10 grams Butter
2 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Jeera Rice

  1. Melt butter in pot

  2. Add rice and cumin seeds (jeera) and salt and stir to coat

  3. Add 2 cups water

  4. Cover pot tightly and turn heat to low

  5. Cook for 15 minutes or until done

  6. Serve with Indian Curry
